Over the last 20 years, we have been extending the functionality of our
software to better meet the business needs of our customers. Also, over the
last couple of months, we have been working extremely hard to learn more
about you and your needs as well as communicating our areas of expertise.
Recently, we began publishing this newsletter to foster better communication
and collaboration by providing contact information, news, download & update
information as well as content that we think you will find useful. The
feedback has been fantastic.
In an effort to better communicate our areas of expertise, we have created a
simple graphic that illustrates our core competencies. You will
notice on this graphic the name SunGard Insurance Systems. By partnering
with SunGard, we are able to provide more robust solutions in the Payment &
Budget areas. This partnership is more than just hype, we have spent a
considerable amount of time making sure that our systems work together and
the solutions we deploy are robust.
Looking at the graphic you will notice that we can provide everything you
need, from End-user Requisitioning to
Payables. This includes Order/Demand,
Procurement, Fulfillment, Payment, Budget and Sourcing.

In the event that our existing solutions do not meet your
needs, we have a new and improved consulting group that can build solutions
to your exact specifications and requirements. Our consulting group operates under
a license model, CALM,
which means that we absorb all the cost and risk when building custom
solutions.
There are more exciting things happening at TSA, Inc., like an upcoming ASP/Hosted
version of our procurement software as well as a Cooperative-purchasing
marketplace - look for more details in upcoming newsletters.
