TSA, Inc. aims to redefine Consulting Services with its Custom Application License Model Initiative
Mechanicsburg, PA - TSA announces the launching of a major new company initiative -- the Custom Application License Model for Outsourcing, otherwise knows as the CALM model. Jesus Ramos, President of TSA, Inc., underlined the importance of applying the latest development technology models and concepts to shift the risks usually associated with outsourcing projects from the customer to the consultant. He also outlined the company's plan for raising the bar in improving development, implementations, operations, upgrades and usability of outsourced applications.
"The focus of CALM will be to provide our customers with the total experience from development to maintenance to upgrades at the cost of a regular licensed software application," said Ramos. "It's time the consulting industry steps up to the plate and shares the risks as well as the rewards."
The CALM initiative addresses all aspects of the outsourced application lifecycle. TSA is relying heavily on its 20 years of experience delivering and maintaining custom applications to dramatically reduce implementation time and costs. New development models and technology will further automate development and support, increase quality, and streamline upgrades to increase availability and ROI of outsourced projects. Continued investments in application usability will further increase user productivity and effectiveness.

As the CALM Evangelist, Jon’s main focus is to help companies use our technology to improve efficiencies, reduce costs and strengthen relationships. Jon has spent the last 8 years working on numerous projects with a focus on manufacturing, logistics and supply chain. In addition to his technical and business knowledge, Jon has also been published numerous times in various industry publications.
Jon brings real-world experience and expertise in the manufacturing and financial services domains and will be a truly valuable asset to TSA and our clients.
